I understand that you are asking about the balance on your PayPal
account to be used for your purchases. I would like to apologise for any
inconvenience and or frustration which this matter has caused you.

Upon reviewing your account, I can see that you have several balance
opened on your PayPal account. However you do not have open balance for
Australian Dollars. The balance on your PayPal account will be only used
for your purchases if you will be sending the same currency balance.

Like you have balance for US Dollars and Euros, so if you send payments
in these currencies the balance will be used for your purchases.

For your guidance to make Australian Dollars as your Primary balance and
if you wish to convert the other currency balance to Australian Dollars:


When you select a currency balance and click 'Make Primary', this
currency will become your default currency for sending and requesting
payments. You can edit the default currency when you are sending money
and requesting money. To designate a primary balance, follow these
directions:

   1.  Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com.au/

   2.  Click the 'Profile' subtab.

   3.  Click 'Currency Balances' under the Financial Information column.


   4.  Select the radio button next to the currency you would like to
designate as your primary balance.

   5.  Click 'Make Primary'.

A confirmation will appear above 'Manage Currency Balances' regarding
the currency balance you have designated as your Primary Balance.
